Delete your Hayloft account

1. Open Hayloft and sign in to the account you want to delete.
2. Open Profile, then Settings.
3. Select Delete account.
4. Review the warning, type DELETE, and confirm Permanently Delete.

Account access is disabled immediately and public characters are hidden. Hayloft then queues the account for deletion or anonymization from active systems.

Email support@hayloftai.com from the email address associated with your account. Use the subject “Hayloft account deletion.” We may ask you to verify ownership before processing the request.

Hayloft also lets you remove individual chats, saved characters, and personas from their corresponding lists in the app. Open the item's menu, or use the displayed swipe-to-delete action, then confirm deletion. You can keep your Hayloft account while removing only the content you no longer want.

For help deleting a specific item that you cannot access, email support@hayloftai.com from the address linked to your account and identify the data you want removed. We may ask you to verify account ownership.

The deletion process covers your account and profile, private chats and messages, memories, personas, saved character data, public character attribution, notification tokens, and related app data. Some shared content may be anonymized instead of removed where deletion would affect another user's records.

Limited payment, moderation, legal, fraud-prevention, security, backup, and diagnostic records may be retained when reasonably necessary. Ordinary backup and log retention is generally up to 90 days; legally required or security-related records may be kept longer.

Deleting a Hayloft account does not automatically cancel an Apple App Store or Google Play subscription. Cancel the subscription in the store account used to purchase it. Store transaction records remain subject to Apple's or Google's retention policies.
