By creating an account, requesting access, or using Hayloft, you agree to these Terms of Service.

Hayloft is intended only for users who are 18 years of age or older. Do not use Hayloft if you are under 18.

Hayloft lets users chat with AI-generated fictional characters. Responses are generated by AI systems and may be inaccurate, fictional, inconsistent, or unexpected. Characters are not real people and should not be treated as professional advice, therapy, legal advice, medical advice, or emergency support.

Characters, prompts, chats, public bots, tags, profile details, uploaded avatars, and other materials may be created by users. Public character and bot content may reference fictional works, fandoms, celebrities, public figures, or other media based on user input.

Hayloft does not claim that user-created bots are official, endorsed, sponsored, approved, or affiliated with any rights holder, creator, publisher, studio, celebrity, brand, or franchise.

Users are responsible for content they create, publish, upload, or share on Hayloft.

If you believe public content on Hayloft violates your rights, email support@hayloftai.com with the character link, the reason for removal, and any relevant ownership or safety details. We may remove or restrict public content while reviewing a complaint.

You may not use Hayloft to create, publish, request, or share illegal content, sexual content involving minors or underage characters, real-world self-harm instructions, real-world violence instructions, abuse, harassment of real people, or content that attempts to evade safety systems.

Hayloft may limit, suspend, remove, or terminate access to accounts or public content that violates these terms, creates safety risk, or interferes with the beta service.

Hayloft is currently in beta. Features may change, break, disappear, or behave unexpectedly. We may adjust access, rate limits, memory behavior, model providers, and moderation rules as the product develops.

Hayloft is provided as-is during beta. To the fullest extent allowed by law, Hayloft is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages related to your use of the service.
