If you cannot enter the app, send the email address you used to create your account and a short description of what happened.

You can permanently delete your account from Profile → Account → Delete Account while signed in. If you cannot access your account, email support@hayloftai.com from the email address on the account and include "Account deletion" in the subject.

To request removal of a public bot or character, email support@hayloftai.com with the character link, reason for removal, and any relevant ownership or safety details.

For abusive content, underage sexual content, harassment, illegal content, or other safety issues, include the link, screenshots if helpful, and a short explanation of the concern.
