Choose a character or create one, read the opening scenario, and respond with dialogue, narration, or a short direction. The getting-started guide walks through the first scene step by step.

Use a variant or regeneration for a different latest reply. Edit your own message for a small correction, use a lore fix for an established fact, or rewind to an earlier point when the story branch itself needs to change. See the chat-controls guide for details.

Pin important details and use focused lore fixes when the scene has drifted. A short, specific note is usually more useful than a broad recap. The memory guide explains how to use each tool.

Include the email address connected to your account and a short description of the issue when you contact support. Subscription purchases may be managed through the store or web checkout where the purchase was made, so sharing that context helps us investigate faster.

Use the in-app reporting tools when available. For a public character, chat, copyright concern, or safety issue, email the link and a short explanation to support@hayloftai.com. Screenshots can help when the issue is difficult to reproduce.

You can request deletion from Profile → Account → Delete Account while signed in. If you cannot access the account, email support from the address linked to it. The full process is described on the account-deletion page.
